We've discussed Colin Powell and affirmative action many times before on this thread, and the subject doesn't interest me right now. Additionally, many conservatives, liberals, and every other ideological persuasion have posted far more thoughtful comments then your cut-and-paste post. If you really want to learn about different viewpoints on this topic, my recommendation is to fire up that fancy search engine and enjoy reading the conversation you've missed.
