In Seattle, it's always half empty of clouds (if possible and you are of the glass is half full mindset), and in AZ or TX or other sunny climes, it might be half full of clouds...that only come, do their thing, and then leave again...Long time ago, lived in the SW, and we never heard of partly sunny....it was nearly ALWAYS sunny, with occasional cloud breaks.... To stay on topic, did I mention that vanilla ice cream and Thomas Kemper Orange Cream Soda makes a lovely summer treat? And of course TK RootBeer goes well with vanilla ice cream too.... Doesn't that just sound like summer is coming?
