listening to the talk heads(mutual fund managers) after the close on the various stations sounds like they are back in the market... They have been buying small and expect to start buying more in the following weeks.

can you explain what a double beta means, not familiar with that term. i was just checking out the nasdaq chart. same story. it looks no different than how we moved during the last sucker rally in january.

this week will give us a clearer picture. i would bail on all tech long positions if the nasdaq falls below it's 50dma @ 2020.
