It's been near impossible to anticipate the semiconductor cycles lately, but compared to Biotech, that sector is a piece of cake. Over there stocks selling for twice cash would be regarded as a bargain during most points in the cycle. Here we have promising companies such as ALXN hovering near or below cash/share with few takers.

Amazing.
