GDP looking good, but I bet the numbers get revised down some. With the Fed now getting aggressive it looks like we avoid recession. With inventories getting worked down the car industry should start up again which should help your area by mid-summer.

This area just started a small improvement the latter part of this week. I take that as a good sign.
