Intertrust sues Microsoft, charging breach of patent
SAN FRANCISCO -- Microsoft Corp., the Redmond-based software company, faces a lawsuit for allegedly infringing on Intertrust Technology Inc.'s patented technology to electronically deliver documents.

Intertrust seeks unspecified monetary damages and a court order to stop Microsoft's alleged infringement, according to the four-page complaint filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco.

The patent was awarded to Intertrust on Feb. 6.

Microsoft spokesman Jim Cullinan said: "It is unfortunate that Intertrust has chosen to use the courts rather than compete in the marketplace."

Huh? Does he give the same quote when Microsoft sues software pirates?

Wishful thinking/hoping. Tell me, what makes you think it will be the greatest thing since 95? Because Gates said it will and, after all, he is the richest man in the world, therefore he knows. Only time will tell. Do you still believe MSFT will go to 150 during June/July? Or was it someone else? Never can tell. But, there is nothing now that will lead one to say where MSFT will be in next few months.
