Hi Cobalt, I know that the market cap of all the gold stocks traded in North America is around 25-30 billion
dollars. I'm not sure about the total gold in existence, nor global GDP.

I seen more statistics about G7 GDP but I don't have any of those handy, at the moment.

I found bob pisani's comment on thursday or friday towards the close telling, he said "gold stocks have been
going up, but that does not mean anything, they are not going anywhere"

he said it with such conviction, that it made me shutter.
