I haven't quoted the Globe or Enquirer. One needs to get a report from credible sources. However, Chelsea is 21 and it's legal for her to drink.She didn't commit a crime by drinking too much if she did get drunk. The Bush kids are underage. They are committing crimes when they use alcohol and they put the liquor license of the bar owner at risk for serving minors. The owners could lose alot of money and pay heavy fines for the criminal behavior of serving alcohol to a minor. The loss of a liquor license could easily run into the hundred thousand dollar area. Not to speak of the citations and fines by the board of alcohol control. The Bush girls are showing no respect for many people as well as the law of the land.
