I am bullish on gold but frankly trying to predict how high it might go and when is an exercise in futility. What I can say though is that when the move comes it will be sudden and violent. There is no way that gold will gradually work its way up to wherever the high will be.

I agree with George.
If a portion of international investors will start thinking about diversifying their currency exposure to include Gold, then POG will explode. The market is too small and too shorted after the secular bear, and really tiny compared with currency markets. But first it needs some undermining of the USD. I'm surprised the Dollar held that well after the recent surprise cut.

I'm long NEM calls and short XAU puts for the past 3 months.
