Why would they be borrowing when they're still cash rich? They've been slashing expenses and burn-rate not spending more. Burn-rate down 60% and profits now within sight. Stock should multiply in value once that happens and smart money can look forward (not behind) and see it happening. either that or a takeover. Read below: "We have a revolving line of credit of $50.0 million. Borrowings under this line of credit bear interest at either the LIBOR rate plus a range of 2.25% to 2.75% or the bank's prime rate plus up to 0.5% depending on the outstanding balance and the type of draws. As of December 31, 2000, there were no outstanding borrowings under this line of credit." Thank you for not calling me a liar, but please research facts before you infer dishonesty on my part. If I have ever stated false info it was not intentional. Also remember that the majority of my posts (like this one) are responses to sometimes bitter attacks on my stocks, strategy and/or credibility. I don't just have a right to defend myself, I will. The only time I went on unilateral attacks were after the LU BIG LIE and on the political front when Bush started dismantling every environmental law on the books. Those two got me riled. Since then I have gotten some relief on both counts. I guess I wasn't the only one to be outraged. On the LU rumor scandal, I am not talking about posters bringing the stock down (thought they certainly contribute with bashing lies and innuendos) but large organized short gangs (hedge funds, whomever). Someone influential started that rumor and even though it only had an effect for a few days that was enough to move fifteen billion or so of market cap and fill someone's kitty with dirty money, taken out of the hands of unsuspecting investors who panicked when they heard this so-called "news". As LU is the widest held stock in the world, this includes retirees, pensioneers, college tuiition monies, etc. Not that the same crime against any stock shouldn't be seen as just as nasty. Whomever started this rumor should be found. prosecuted and imprisoned. If a bank robber gets 20 years for stealing $20,000, how much should these crooks get for stealing many tens or even hundreds of millions? (that is, assuming the crooks covered at 5.5). Yes this did get me emotional. But it also gave me the clearest contrarian buy signal I've ever seen. So I loaded up on techs and ended up making out well from it. Even bought some at $7. I think you understand me better now. I am actually calm about things now. It's always suspenseful every day but I am confident and sleep well nights with all my picks, even the micro dogs.
