Ownership breakdown:
This is my best guess of the breakdown of ownership based on the white paper:
Ledes 47% (66% voting)
Maffei 8%
Olsen 2%
CN 1.5%
Globenet shareholders 6%
Providence 4%
DLJ (CSFB) 4%
GS Capital (Goldman Sachs) 4%
Alcatel 4%
Feel free to clarify and correct. The Providence stake may be included in the Globenet stake. Alcatel may not be correct because they hold a specific class of shares. Olsen keeps buying and selling. Where is Shaw's piece... they don't have a seat on the board. I believe TD held a chunk of the Globenet share and options.

L.
