Interesting that the age-old and very common Sunday afternoon living room talk that so many of us remember as kids (I wondered how the largest employer in my hometown managed to even stay in business, and the company has been on the DOW 30 for many decades) has moved to the Internet. Absent a complete destruction of the First Amendment, I don't see us moving backward from here. Is this the "disruption" of new technology that has been talked about so much, while being do difficult to predict? Is the solution for managers and executives of the future to learn to live with it, when to respond, when to ignore, and how to turn it to the enterprise's advantage? The scope and definition of confidentiality seems to be rapidly changing and will, I suspect, transform the way we do business, as well as the future development of technology itself. I'm glad we got the good seats for this show!
