Thank you Richard . You certainly have shed more light on this for me than the CEO has. I empathize with you on MLNM. As I owned IMNX for about 2 years and was happy to take a small profit only to see it go up about 20 times in the following 2 years. I don't know that I have any logic here, only that I was hoping for more concrete estimates as in projected revenues, cash burn, licensing agreements, than "we have great technology, and we will have great drugs down the line". That seems to be the mantra of all biotech companies. BTW it is not the the little gal or guy that owns the bulk of the shares. these are institutional investors prior to the ipo who owned over 75% of the shares at the time of the ipo. Many of them will sell if they have not done so already.
As for MLNM I am clueless whether the current price is correct or not, and my days of believing that the market is efficient with respect to the price of a specific security in the absence of evidence to the contrary are over.
I always appreciate your comments and criticisms. I believe that Biotech is the area for investors to focus. I am trying to learn the tools and methodology that will help me.
and I am having trouble trying to understand that many of these Biotech companies make their management and initial investors millionaires as soon as they ipo, but the hard part is making the company sustainable and profitable. ergo their are probably highly advantageous points of entry in the cyle. I just do not know what they are.

Thanks for the Lexg post. Quite insightful. It obviously took you more than 100 seconds for that reply.
