I think you are correct!

I have never heard of a Patent suit of this complexity being done with in this short a time. I think these cases may well take several years to resolve.

Despite many victories in the barcode reader lawsuits the Lemulson foundation still finds itself engaged in further lawsuits against companies that do not want to pay.
