hi jeff

have you perused the hp support site for your DeskJet 820cse for a solution?

hp.com

specifically, here is what they have to say....

*******************************

Introduction
When the printer driver for many HP DeskJet printer models is installed after a fresh Windows 98 installation, a System dialog box appears with the following message:

"C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\_____HP_G_ is not accessible. This folder was moved or removed."

Instructions
Click "OK" on the error message listed above, and continue with the installation. After the printer driver has been installed, reboot the computer, then try a print job. Everything should function normally.
