Every year, DJ/Barrons polled leading economists/strategists of the country to get their projections for the upcoming year. Year after year, Barton Biggs's numbers were off - consistently - and the magnitude of his errors were the LARGEST among his peers, and thus his rating as an equity strategist consistently stayed at the BOTTOM.
