Dave, my wife would say the same thing of her organization, teaching, and she is leaving (at least the public sector) this June. They will be able to hire 2 new teachers for what they paid her but they will likely not have credentials and if form holds will not even be required to pass CBEST. All in all it will get worse before it gets better.
