JHP, bottom line is Sales are WAY down! If the new devices are so great, this should translate into more SALES! The company is in desperate shape, in my opinion. I just don't see a turnaround anytime soon without major changes in the BOD as well as more sales. Good luck and I hope it works out for you! I'll pass on this one but will continue to follow it and let you know my analysis.

JHP, GEMS is one stock I am looking at for a possible future investment. Their relationship with Locate Networks and SnapTrack is one reason. Their apparent value with no debt and a price less than half of book is another. What worries me is that this company does not seem very competent, based on their record over the years. Would some more nibble competitor jump in at the right time and steal away the location device market from them?
