Jim it's going to be tough for those guys the easy money is gone and too many people have been burned during the Ipo craze--the IPO game is dead guy!

Now i believe we could see a new wave of merger and acquisitions that could be the next feeding frenzy that could help fuel the market higher.. The strong will get stronger as the weaker and smaller guys struggle to merge with dominate, well-positioned companies, or go out of business.
