Enterprise Users

West Coast interconnect to add award-winning Alcatel OmniPCX 4400 to portfolio

Watsonville, Calif. and Calabasas, Calif., Apr. 30, 2001 - Alcatel (NYSE: ALA) and
TOTLCOM Inc. today announced TOTLCOM will market, install and maintain the Alcatel
OmniPCX 4400 and Omni family of data products for enterprise networks. TOTLCOM has
six offices throughout California, from Modesto to San Jose.
