Jim,

Why will the money flow into US stocks?
Where is the earnings growth?
How are your gasoline and electric prices doing?
How about all the layoff's now and the ones around the corner?

Your statements have no meat dude!
Shorts will welcome any rally with a chance to SELL MORE at even better prices and not until the blue chips tumble will the bear rest IMO, the fundamentals will rule, they always do.

I think we will see 2250 and 180-1328 area is places where we will see a lot of opportunities to play on both sides, covered call selling and buying puts at those levels 20% out calls and 20 % outp uts will ensure great returns in a market that may remain listless if 1328 and 2250 remains unconquered, we will see three attempts to break 1218 and three to four to 1328 in next 3 months..fwiw

My thoughts exactly, I want the hard core shorts to add to their positions now... they will only fuel this rally to even greater heights... right now the DOW is setting up to break through the 11,000 level... when it does, we can expect to see heavy buying and short covering that will take the DOW into new all time high ground... the other major averages will follow along for the ride.....IMHO

GZ
