By the way, I am currently flat on the bu$$, I do not think that the arguments here should derive from being long or short on this stock, I think that there is a question of principle, if Rambus has indeed contributed to the development of SDRAM and DDR with their technology, they have cut the R&D costs of the industry, and thus should be entitled to compensation. I run all the time into the problems of large corporations trying to squeeze blood of smaller "inventive" entities. Zeev
