Infineon trial. Was long overdue. Micron and a bunch of others were huddling to take on RMBS, and Infineon launched the first salvo. Funny thing, Intel was part of the huddle, but when some of the others leaked the word that Intel was part of the group looking at how to break RMBS' stranglehold on DDR, Intel bailed out of the group ASAP. Strange bedfellows, that group. The Micron attorneys have been attending the trial in substantial numbers, as interested bystanders.
