Check sec.gov The Sec sued them for lack of disclaimer and insider trading. They are mentioned a few times in there. They also pumped ASTN after Westergaard pumped it. They got the price up nicely. They changed their name because of their shady reputation. Supposedly the employees are trying to take over the company now that the ceo is gone.

Look at their services. They do intensive short term internet promotions through the use of their extensive email list... Look at all the other sites they control. Search allwhois in networksolutions and you will see the other sites.

I doubt they will change. Just my personal opinion. The ceo of astn is suing me for stating that I think astn looks suspect for using westergaard and Continental to pump their share price. Their vwap still isn't fully operational and Westergaard said the stock would be at $30 in 1999. Yeah. I also posted a news item about their relationship to the mob that the company had deleted from most sites. I saw that item on this thread. Search SI astn and you won't see it anymore. SI yanked it. You can only find it on fool.com Yahoo and aol got rid of it also. That company has pull. They also were able to get that same news item out of SEC litigation releases and their search engine. It's buried in press releases only. Here it is mary.cc
