Although a war with China is highly undesirable, the present time may be the right time to go, while we supposedly still have the technological advantage. I am not sure we are technically superior in our weaponry due to the treasonous actions of the schlickmeister. If I'm not mistaken, Peru is still a sovereign state. If we are assisting them in drug eradication efforts, we may be partially culpable for shooting down the plane carrying the missionaries.
