First quarter past with a smaller profit. The second quarter maybe testy; but we are only half way through.

What is promising, is the opportunity to pick up some captive accounts while shedding some costs. New products may increase value on obsolete products if customers still stay with older products(SEMI used to be strong in government sales of obsolete semiconductors).

What is unknown is the commitment of customers this quarter. In semiconductor business, you just put one foot in front of the other, and keep on going. Nail down the usual business as fast as possible.

What maybe bad is the indecisions of what to do. I see none of that. New lines are brought in. Layoff proceeded ahead of possible disaster. Good planning is in place; interest rate coming down means renegotiation for lower interest cost. A lot of work to make more money in the future is here.

Good luck on your investment here.
