The first Celerons (P2 cores) (Covington) were 266 and 300.
These were the cacheless, the infamous "Paulerons".
When Mendocino (w/cache) started it came out at 300 and 333.
They called the 300 a 300a to distinguish it from the Covington.
Tillamook was neither it was a mobile Pentium MMX core that ran at 266 and 300 and maybe lower.
