Nobody ever tried to steal RDRAM from Rambus. The failure of RDRAM seems to have caused the opposite effect however, as the judge seems to be trying to explain to you.

What you need to really worry about, is how well the lawyers are able to paint Rambus management as being Greedy vs being Brilliant.
