my customers in San Francisco & Portland are telling me things are still very soft.

the power picture here in California just might turn frightful over the next 90 days. This will have a terrible impact on business, perhaps even nationwide. I'm concerned.

Which should be the thread mantra.

I think official announcement will lead to a sharp but non-sustainable rise, which is the perfect platform for writing short term covered calls. Not all of us are fully covered yet.
