you have to wonder if we are seeing a few more refinery fires due to insufficient maintenance last year, when
Clinton, asked the refineries to stay open and make up the shortages last spring instead of them having
downtime for maintenance.

I'm not sure if that has impacted them this year or not... probably not but, it's got me writing this.

There was another TOS refinery fire in Carson (So Cal) last week on a beautiful clear day. You could see it for miles - all the TV stations had their helicopters covering it.
