In my state I can be arrested for my private behavior IN my home anytime some cop takes a notion to do so. Which state is that? Are you saying a cop can come into your home without either a warrant or a warrant exception to arrest you? Forgive me for being dubious. But as to the private behavior issue, I completely agree with you that it should be up to you. Remember, I couldn't have voted until 1919. True. But I'm married, and nothing you can say will convince me that many -- most? -- married women didn't have a functional vote long before then!
