Re PR: Were you the one who wrote, "Selected personnel will be offered an opportunity to transfer to our sister plant in Ontario?"
LOL!
Reminds me of when Lombardi took the Green Bay job. He told his wife, "Yes, honey, it gets cold, but it's a dry cold."

Hey, good luck this week. I'm meeting with a headhuntress this week myself.

And, no, I haven't moved recently other than to let the cat out. :)

I just sold my rental house (live in house will be next). I totally agree with you: each company seems to be able to charge whatever it wants and you have no recourse. My mortgage company said they wouldn't charge a late fee because the escrow had begun and the escrow officer said it would be confusing if I made more payments. The escrow close was TWO days after the payment was due and they charged a late fee and refused to take it off!!!! They also charged me two extra interest days past when I owned the house...said they were allowed to do that because of time it takes the payment to get to them???? In an electronic age?
The credit union where I deposited the check said they'd put a ten day hold on the check when I got it...in an electronic age???? (I called the bank where the check was drawn and they cleared it in two days.)
We have a termite year to year contract: yet the termite company STILL found things to do that they said were "not covered"...but Ted was able to do them so we didn't need to hire someone else. But we had to pay them for two inspections as a second was needed to "ok" Ted's work.
And the fees that the escrow company puts on!!!!
And TWO title insurances...one for buyer and seller...what's that all about? Who paid off the legislature to pass that one? It's one property for goodness sake.
Oh well.
On to the next house.
