Maybe it's all those political posts that are diluting the cheerleading enough for you not to notice ;-) Not that I really want to bash the Intel thread too much - it's certainly one of the better threads at SI. -fyo

The cheerleading doesn't have to go uncountered here and it doesn't. Kash often provides a contrary opinion, as does Charles, and many others. I think what you miss is the sparring. It's just too bad that certain posters can't spar without resorting to name calling and rude comments because they could make formidable points if they ever stopped their childish needling.
