Pete, <Dumping is one of the methods to get a monopoly (increase market share), or maintaining one.>

When there are cries of "dumping" from the AMDroids, it's time to sell AMD stock. The last time there was such a cry was back when Celeron was kicking K6-2's butt back in 1999.

I have a strong recollection that dumping is a violation of cross border trade rules and that a purely domestic offense would be in the nature of preditory pricing. Any trade lawyers out there?
