Thanks, I have to admit I know very little about how time values are calculated or depreciated (read nothing). This is actually inexcusable considering the situation and now that you have me thinking about it I am definitely going to have to get that in hand. The selling of those leaps was an emergency move on my part but more and more I am learning that I am not totally inflexibly "locked in" but rather that there are some strategies available to me.
