In my original post on the subject I suggested exactly that. But a modern workstation needs at least 512MB of memory and that's already two RIMMs. As of now, my data sequence has been going a month and is a 256MB to 256MB comparison. The number of SKUs for the two memory types is almost the same at 120 or so, it is as fair a comparison as I could make. The complaints around here are about the result, not the derivation. If the data trend over the last month had been in RDRAM's favor they'd be egging me on.
