Brokerage is not included in those calculations. I think that introduces a noticeable error unless you are selling 100-200 calls in a single contract. It depends on the particular brokerage charges of course, but they seem to be considerably higher everywhere than stock trades.

Out of curiosity, which technique do you employ in computing returns on cc's - constant cost or cost reduction?
