Well, I don't know that they don't, but you don't know that they do.

If they're involved in the stock markets, they would make a lot more money on pump and dump schemes than just holding drug stocks. I mean, the returns on drug stocks look pretty good to you or me, but they don't compete with the return from illegal enterprises. Just loansharking that money would make FAR more than they'll ever get by passive investing.
