Cadus Proxy Material is out which includes previously posted Stockholder Proposal to fold company and distribute cash. I intend to vote YES. My hope is a significant number of shareholders will vote for the distribution prompting Glass/Icahn to act quickly to maximize shareholder value. Also, a big vote for the proposal will make it clear to Glass/Icahn there are a substantial number of astute Cadus shareholders who will carefully scrutinize any deal they propose. All comments welcome.
