NG is now in the 'in-between' period where demand related to cold weather has gone, and demand related to hot weather has not yet materialized. it's actually the ideal period to buy it. note that coal prices (coal being the major alternative to NG in electricity generation) have gone vertical...so some plants may well switch back to NG. it's a vicious cycle, not dissimilar to the HO/UG cycle.
