I read the posts on RB. While a buy out is plausible, I think it is not the scenario that is playing out at this moment.

The Shareholders Meeting is June 14, 2001.

Dr. Markman has resigned, but he would get the same benefits whether he resigns within 30 days prior to a change in ownership or within one year after a change in ownership.

The Preferreds don't look like they converted massive amounts of shares.
