The output of processors in the US far exceeds the needs of the US market. Do you have any idea what constitutes dumping?? Hint: dumping requires importing products manufactured abroad - plus more. Re:"A negative GM is usually gets the attention of the FTC trust busters and those in the AG's office." What?? Intel's gross margins are about 50% - positive. Another hint on what constitutes dumping. The definition does NOT include gross margins.
