Intel fabs outside the US make few, if any, processors. The output of processors in the US far exceeds the needs of the US market.

Do you have any idea what constitutes dumping?? Hint: dumping requires importing products manufactured abroad - plus more.

What?? Intel's gross margins are about 50% - positive.

Another hint on what constitutes dumping. The definition does NOT include gross margins.
