It sounds like the classic definition of dereliction of fiduciary duty if the shareholders are screwed for the sake of the insiders and lawyers. Perhaps that is why there were third parties in the Court. Can you contact those third parties and perhaps partake? At a minimum, do you think shareholders should put the company on notice that we are "watching you and fully expect you to take the shareholder interests as a primary consideration..." or some such thing.
