priceline.com (PCLN) 4.85: Goldman Sachs upgrades to MARKET OUTPERFORM from MARKET PERFORM; based on improved outlook as management has right sized the business, improved customer service, and stabilized growth; while company still in a turnaround phase, progress has been made that positions PCLN to better control its destiny, with Q1 potentially being its last unprofitable qtr; firm projects loss of $0.04 for 2001 and a profit of $0.10 in 2002. Adobe Systems (ADBE) 44.92: Company says it is on track to meet its targets of 15% yr/yr revenue growth and 31% operating profit margin for Q2 2001.
