Can anyone explain how BRUCE BROWN earned
1,081,582 as of 10-May-01 via options.

When did he buy these options and when did he sell?
At what price (buy) and then Sell (flip)?

Who is paying for these shares? ?

Do these shares become shares outstanding and what
effect to EPS?

How come he is earning more then Vertel?

How can one person earn more in one year then Vertel's
net income since the company was started.

The numbers state a much different story. Vertel's products
and services are just a front for options trading. If
you total up all of BRUCE BROWN's earnings for 2001/2000
you would find that Vertel net income comes no were near
his gross options income. True companies should pay their
employees, but they took this way too far. The only thing
we can do is not buy the shares, but "they" can still flip
the shares at any price.
