Robert: the case for the buss is in the toilet.... One would have to believe this is case based upon the Judge's rulings so far. It is interesting how many people are looking for a dead cat bounce based upon the number of Bid orders (233) vs ask offers (242) on island ecn. Usually there have been 2 or 3 ask offers for every bid on RMBS since the Markman ruling. I can't wait for Judge's next set of rulings by Friday when Infineon has completed their countersuit presentation. It's going to be a rocky ride. john
