It seems it is not going to be a good day for biotechs today.<g> There are quite a few companies on the red column. The only one in the group of double digit gainers I could see was IEX.TO after it announced a deal with ELN. The trading was halted on the Toronto Stock Exchange for a while.<g> TORONTO, April 30 (Reuters) - Inex Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Toronto:IEX.TO - news) said on Monday it had formed a joint venture with Irish pharmaceutical group Elan Corp. Plc (NYSE:ELN - news) to develop and eventually commercialize its delivery system for cancer drugs, sending its stock up more than 25 percent. Bernard
