Bezos says Suria's report is full or errors and is hogwash. This is in the Amazon SEC filing:

"The mention of debt restructuring was included in a discussion of alternatives the Internet retailer might pursue "for strategic reasons or to further strengthen our financial position," according to the report filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Other alternatives, which had been discussed by Amazon.com in other SEC filings, include the possibility the company might "evaluate opportunities to sell additional equity or debt securities, (or) obtain credit facilities from lenders."
