SOX says down.

Recall that the setup that gave us the pop into what we think is the end of our little 'b' was very bullish from a TA point of view. Reversal here would be a nasty failure.

Many important charts look to have put in 5 ugly waves down off the top, although 5th could very easily have some down left in it. NDX is an exception as it has yet to put in a fresh low vis a vis yesterday.

The waves are ugly in the sense that they do not count nicely like they do in a good impulsive move. In tech, if we are in our 'c' down, then these 5 ugly waves probably repsent the initial leg. This would imply a little jello-around into this afternoon, then more down.

Non-tech: Take a look at something like GE -- 5 ugly waves off the top. If that thing wants new highs, then we're probably looking at a 5 down that is part of a 5-3-5 zigzag before it heads to new highs. This would imply we'll jello-around all day.

edit: NDX jsut printed that fresh low to confirm.
