Business just steaming along here in DFW area too. Fewer " home for sale" signs except for new tracts.

All kinds of help wanteds. Neighbor worked in hamburger shop, now installs DSL lines.
I've read that Dallas has more high tech workers than Austin-hard to believe. Dell moved in to Tenn because they ran out of tech workers in Austin, now coming someday to Ft Worth and I think Dallas has a good chance to get Boeing. Land, homes, and reliable power so much cheaper than Calif.
And I don't hear many complain of the climate(G)
Summary: No major slowdown that I've seen around these parts.
